"I ordered a few bits from Denelli..."
I ordered a few bits from Denelli Italia after a mentally draining week, so I was just hoping it wouldn’t turn into another thing to sort out.

Everything turned up exactly as I’d picked it. Sizes, colours and items were all correct, with nothing missing and no random mix-ups, which was such a relief.
Delivery was fine too, but the main thing for me was that the order was right the first time. Makes a nice change, to be honest.

"Nice material, just a little firmer than I expected"
I ordered a sofa from denelli.co.uk and, to be fair, the material is actually good for the price. The fabric feels nice and weighty, not thin or cheap, which was my main concern before it arrived.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that it’s a bit firmer and rougher than I expected from the photos, well, not rough exactly, just not as soft as I had pictured. It still looks great in the room though, and it feels like it should hold up well over time.

I mean, right away it just feels solid, you know? Like it has a nice weight to it without feeling bulky, and it looks good too, which is always a plus. I kept looking for something to nitpick, but no complaints so far.

Had a really nice visit to the showroom. The staff were helpful without hovering, which I always take as a good sign since places like that usually set the tone quickly. The sofa looked great in person too, exactly the kind of thing that makes you assume it’ll fit in well at home.

I ordered from Denelli Italia and, i’m a bit fussy when it comes to deliveries because I hate waiting around all day. This one turned up when they said it would, and the tracking updates were helpful. The driver was pleasant enough too. The box had a small dent on it, which made me a little nervous, but everything inside was completely fine. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and I’d order from them again
